I rented from here as a part of a wedding party. The whole process from fitting to returning was exceptional. I had an issue with the jacket size and it was fixed the same day of pickup. Will definitely be returning to purchase a suit at some point!
Arthur was fantastic during my fitment. He helped us directly. Everyone else though, from being greeted and just seeing the activity around us, you could just see that customer service was top notch. I don't suspect any issues to the next fit and suit use, but if there is, I'm confident Arthur and the team there will help make it right.
Russell took care of me and really helped me look great for the wedding. Thank you!
