Great customer service from Ariel. Spot on sizing. I bought both bras I tried on. I will be back for a swimsuit fitting before my upcoming cruise. I am looking forward to seeing what Ariel recommends then.
I have never been comfortable when shopping for bras, and having to be fitted is usually a nightmare. That all changed when I made the trip to visit this shop. The women who work here are amazing!! Everyone was soo sweet and true "girls girls". Upon arriving i was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help with anything (not in a pushy/forced way) They are actually excited about first timers/ new guests and regulars. I don't usually write reviews about stores but I went to the SoHo, NY location for the first time on 7/20/24 and all I can say is wow!!! Amazing staff, friendly, helpful and just all around knowledgeable about the bras. My specialist was so on point and helpful. I walked out with 4 bras which I have never done in my life, and 1 was a strapless which I was told by other places I would never find. Thank you so much to bravissimo in SoHo, NY I will see you again very soon to purchase more..
