Would NOT recommend this bank to anyone, I’ve had multiple instances on small and major holidays this bank closes for that i’ve had out of my hands emergencies for. Very Recent example: Spent 900$ for christmas gifts very near my limit and thought i was ok. Ended up on the side of the road with my car broke down. But due to not a single person being available on christmas i cannot get my card unlocked to be towed or even uber back to my house. I had an issue with accessing my account - not so good. But the telephone support I received in resolving this issue was exceptional. In particular, Jenifer Porter was efficient, friendly, and patient in working to understand the problem, and kept me informed of the steps she was taking to work through the issue.
