Many times I find their site doesn't work properly. Frequently can't log in to my account. No notice that maintenance is in progress. Before Bravera took the bank over I NEVER had this issue.

I’ve been a member of this bank with my wife and our business for a couple of years. I’ve had multiple problems with them, I am unable to make cash deposits without feeling like they’re not keeping track of the money accurately. Then, After having a large charge on my card over an item Disputed and finding out that the bank will not help me out, I was then spoke to in a very patronizing way by the bank manager, and have made the decision to take my business to a different bank and leave a one star review for this horrible bu... read more
