Awesome! These guys are great! What a bike shop should be! Totally friendly, helpful, and very fast service. Go here if you ever need bike tune-ups, new wheels, etc... Very fun and laid back, good prices.
Beat shop hands down Best shop I've been to for a very long time. I remember when the old owner had this place and wouldn't even let you in the door. It is so refreshing to have a mom and pop store instead of the big box look and feel. I could not be happier with the service and they had my bike back to me several day's before it was promised.. Bad-Ass Morons This bike shop is a total mess. They will tell you anything to get your money and once they have it they treat you as if you're a real pain in the ass and wish you'd just get out of their hair. A complete and total waste of time and money. Dave, the original owner who was great, cannot be happy with what has happened to his creation. Try them in a couple of years, maybe by then they'll get their $#%! together.
Poor Very bad experience at Brave New Wheel on Myrtle. They do not give good customer service. Take your bike, then don't do what they've said they were going to do ( like clean the bike) and never call you when it's done, so you have no idea when to pick it up. They had my bike for 4 days when I decided to finally just get it. Full Cycle and Lee's is much better.
