The crew at Brave Movers was great with our one bedroom apartment move. They were very friendly and helpful, and careful, yet efficient. Everything was moved to our new apartment safely and without damage. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent. They even helped us out with assembling a new desk we had just bought, and with discarding an old couch. If we move again, I’ll definitely request their services again!
Beware. I used this company for packing and moving and they were so careless with my things. It caused damage. Some examples: They put packaging tape directly on my nice hardwood furniture, which tore off the finish. They threw my used toilet brush into a box with my clothes. Nothing was wrapped, just a bare toilet brush thrown in with my other stuff. I provided a wardrobe box, but they didn't put most of my dress clothes in it. I highly recommend this moving company! They are incredibly reliable, professional, and efficient. We needed to move a piano out of the house on very short notice, and they exceeded our expectations. Brave Movers are very professional. They were super helpful with the booking process before the move out date. During the move-out process– they were very fast! They used boxes for things that I didn't feel even needed a box. Absolutely everything came out of my clothing drawers, which I felt was unnecessary and time consuming. They charge for those boxes at the end, so be mindful.
