Never received any of the items I purchased back in May. The company didn’t respond to any of my communication attempts and their phone goes straight to voicemail (and no one called me back). Buyer beware. Luckily, I was able to finally dispute the charge on my credit card and get my money back.
I've ordered several handmade wooden flags from this company, each one of them is absolutely stunning; beautifully handcrafted.
I placed a order in June of this year and still have not received my order. I have emailed several times and I get the same response each time that they are going to contact the owners to see why I haven't received my order yet. I have also reached out to them by phone and they don't return your calls. I want to support our veterans but this is unacceptable. They were ok with taking my money right away. I will not be ordering from them again.
Horrible customer service with consistent empty promises to get issues resolved. I place my order in May and received the wrong item in June. I was in contact with Jennifer by email right away (no one ever answers the phone) and was told that the correct item would be shipped out in time for the graduation party of an army recruit which the gift was purchased for. ***PROCEED WITH CAUTION*** I ordered 2 tee shirts and after 5 weeks MY ORDER STILL WAS NOT FULFILLED OR SHIPPED. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS THEY STILL DIDN'T REFUND ME. I WILL MAKE A REVIEW ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY SEEM TO MAKE PRETTY NICE THINGS BUT WHO WOULD KNOW, THEY DON'T EVER SHIP IT TO YOU. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOUR ITEMS.
