Internet went down on Thanksgiving morning…so I had a wild idea that my ISP would help. That was a nightmare I knew would happen yet even worse, BUT Bravas reached out to me and thanks to quick and action from Brian Youngblood we were online very quickly. When my daughter said, ‘they saved Thanksgiving’ I knew I could count on the Bravas team to keep all the tech doing what it needs to do.
No matter the size of a company or its products, the perception of the customer is driven by the company’s customer facing employees. My tech, Brian always understands my issues because he is a great communicator and he cares. He then goes the extra mile to insure that the problem is fixed and the customer is satisfied. He makes the difference for Bravas.
Bravas is a great company, technology forward but more importantly have some fantastic associates with high calibre of Customer Service. Brian and Josh are Two of the most Phenomenal individuals within their field. Highly recommended.
