Bought an Arbois/Poitras dinning room set. The entire set is coming apart. First, the finish on the table started to lift in one spot, then, all 6 chairs now have loose legs. I went to see the Tanguay Gatineau store manager, Ian, and this guy knows how to take care of customers! He is very pro and understanding. It’s people like Ian that make all the difference in supporting customers when things go wrong. Thank you Ian!
