I purchased a beautiful leather sofa and chair from Bratz and am extremely pleased with the quality and price for both items. Bill and his family were very helpful and I highly recommend you give their store a vist.
Walked in and immediately shocked at the prices. I get that furniture is expensive now, but when I saw a leather recliner which was showing visible wear with the top layer worn off the cushion piping and showing an $899 price tag, we walked out the door. Sales guy seemed very friendly, but he’s a sales guy. Seems like a well laid out store with lots of options of new and used. It may be perfect for some folks, but it wasn’t our thing.
The posted hours are 5 days a week from 9:00 to 6:00 and weekends also. The store looks like it's permanently closed and no answer to a call.
I had a great experience at this store. The furniture designs are attractive and the build quality is strong. I bought a dining table and it fits perfectly in my space. The staff were friendly and helped me choose the right item. Delivery was fast and hassle-free.
Awful service. Was not greeted or acknowledged when I first walked in. Would not recommend.
