Very Rude! I was accosted the second I walked in to pick up an order my husband had placed. The clerk was overly belligerent with me, I couldn't even finish my first sentance when he started giving me guff about paperwork and if we really ordered anything. I felt completely abused and would have left if it was not already paid for. We will never go back again.
Poor service!! My zipper on my boots broke 2 weeks after I bought them from this place. They refused to replace them. Out $200!! I'll have to have them re-sewn by someone locally. I should have bought them from another vendor. Once I looked around I found them a few places for $40 cheaper!
Unsatisfied customer Adolf is a jerk and I hate doing business with them. Sadly my department has an account so I have no choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you can avoid it. I've never had any problems with Mike or the other brother, but Adolf can kiss my rear end.
Good Shoe Store and More! Bratemans Incorporated has a wide selection of clothing, uniforms and gear for law enforcement and emergency workers. I visited Bratemans because they are an authorized dealer for Danner boots. They had a wide selection of Danner boots and took the time to help me find a pair that really fit well. (I have feet that are difficult to fit). When I finally found a style that I like, they did not have my size in stock but happily ordered it for me.
