John is a very talented craftsman who is extremely courteous and professional. Enjoy his shop which projects his talents. I highly rate him.
I wrote a very polite email inquiring whether they work on formica. Their response was one word: "No." Not, "Thank you for your email. We're sorry, but we don't work with formica." I teach business writing and communications at the college level. I'll be using them as an example of how NOT to communicate with customers.
