This is review I did not want to make, however it is necessary. I hired Lori and her staff to handle setting up my business and filing tax returns. I received a notice today that I had not filed nor paid my franchise and excise taxes. A large bill was overdue. I reached out to the office multiple times on a timeline and was put off while they figured out if I was right and how to fix their error.
