This accountant and her firm were hired by me in 2024 to handle my personal and business taxes, They submitted our taxes without a review which caused an amendment and refund to not come for over 6 months. Then they used my CLOSED business account to pay things all over the state after being notified it was closed. This is review I did not want to make, however it is necessary. I hired Lori and her staff to handle setting up my business and filing tax returns. I received a notice today that I had not filed nor paid my franchise and excise taxes. A large bill was overdue. I reached out to the office multiple times on a timeline and was put off while they figured out if I was right and how to fix their error. In the process, there was no communication until the end of the day. Lori sent me a rude email but handled their error. Faulting m... read more
