Amazingly bad drivers.
With the weather, the way it is your driver should learn how to use a turn signal and also when to know that there is enough time for them to pull out instead of blocking a whole intersection because they lack the ability to drive properly as a seasoned veteran of Alberta, myself with a class one you need to take your drivers back and put them through basic training because obviously the basics are too hard for them!
