reception are are so lazy. Number on times they have made my appointment the wrond day or i have called up and cancled. But they dont put it in the system then there calling saying ive missed my appointment 🙃 . Also some on the ladies are very rude ive been hang up number of times.
They do not care about mental health have an episode of it and get told ur n9t welcomed back. They over charge fees and the dr luke dont care about his patients at all just rather tell them to leave the clinic. Rude. They charged my daighter 55 for missing an appointment but she attended and was told she owed another 55 what for I say but they just say she missed appointment but I rang up in time to change dates and then a fee. Dr king is lovely
My husband goes here for the Lung Smart program which is absolutely fantastic. Simon is very good along with the reception girls. It has enormous benefits.
I find the doctors very approachable and accommodating where possible. The staff are very helpful if you need advice or have a problem. I've been attending this clinic for a few years now. I'm very happy with their care.
