Dan is my brother and I've known him my whole life. I've known him to be an exceptional person in every way. I've also seen his work as an attorney. He is academically gifted, cares deeply for others, is an empathetic individual, and works very hard. I'm obviously biased, but objectively I truly believe he is a truly remarkable person, father, and attorney. I cannot be more proud to rank Dan as 5 stars.
Dan was suppose to be a good guy when he came to Olney. He was suppose to help my daughter in her junior year of high school after an incident with football players grabbing her. Dan was the municipal prosecutor. The case was shelved for a year. My mom’s commercial medical building was sold to Dan way below market value w/o my mother’s knowledge. He ripped off my 80 yo Military Veteran father who works at Hamilton Hospital in Olney on Commercial real estate. My father needed a newer vehicle to get to work at the hospital and sold his commercial building 80% under market value. Dan could’ve contacted me or my brother who works at the medical school at Texas Tech and let us know. He bypassed us for financial gain. Dan has my cell number. We didn’t know our father needed the money. Our APS laws protect everyone over 65 yo from financial abuse.

I had a complicated and stressful situation regarding my father's estate and inheritance. I have no doubt that Dan would have won my case in court, but he was able to negotiate a settlement without having to go to court, which saved me many thousands of dollars.
