Some of the drivers are rude, but for the most part, they're extremely helpful when you have a question. Just witnessed a driver yell at a girl today for no reason. My main gripe is the new route system. None of the busses line up anymore, so now I have to leave extra early to get to where I need to go, because it's common for your next bus to be gone from the terminal by the time your first arrives, then you have to wait another 30 min for one to show up.
