BUS DRIVERS ARE RUDE, DONT ANSWER YOU WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS, THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN DETOURS, IF THEY ARE LATE THEY SKIP ENTIRE STREETS WORTH OF BUS STOPS, THEY DRIVE THE WRONG WAY ON ONE WAY STREETS - all around dangerous, disrespectful and need reviews on road laws. There is no number to complain to so good luck with this bus service ! Absolutely disgraceful
The terminal staff are wonderful!! I just wish that the bus schedules were MUCH better!! Brantford has the worst bus schedules I have ever seen!!
