Half of the bus drivers are so unbelievably rude for no reason at all. I have had too many bad experiences, just today my app wasn’t loading to let me get my bus pass. I asked the bus driver what to do and she said “Not my problem”. Then continued to roll her eyes when I asked her if I could still get on because I had to go to work.
Update Sept 2025... these "improvements" to the bus routes have made it extremely difficult to get to work easily and safely for the early start times in the mornings for people now. No early buses running to terminal in some areas so you can transfer to what bus you need before 7am. Some routes noblonger cover certain areas or go in a repeated loop covering one area twice within a half hour within their 45 minute long route (#5 does this, why??). The bus service here is literally disgusting. It does not matter how I leave for travel . it’s always delay . 0 rating 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
