The Brantford Cyclepath is a family owned and operated bicycle shop in Brantford Ontario. We have been established for over 35 years under 3 different names. We started in 1980 in the basement of the family home as "Richard's Bicycle Repair". We eventually decided to expand and we opened our first bicycle shop called "The Bikeway" in Paris in 1991. This shop has good service, but I want to share my experience. The bike I bought from Cyclepath had loose thru axles within the first 50km ridden. Not sure if it went out the door with improperly torqued axles or what happened. Stuff like this could cause a safety risk in the wrong circumstances. Lesson learned (I guess) to always check the bike for your self before leaving the store. Regardless of the scenario, Cyclepath was rightfully understanding and took my bike in, re-tuned, torqued axles ect. And got it back to me the... read more

Got a flat from a staple puncture about 41 kms into a 50 km drive and had to carry my bike from king George and dunsdon to Fairview and North park to cyclepath. These guys despite being understaffed and busy fit in the repair and sent me on my way again within a half hour. They also took the car to fill my water bottle as it was a scorching hot day. Absolutely amazing customer service. Will be going there again for all my cycling needs.
