The Brantford Cyclepath is a family owned and operated bicycle shop in Brantford Ontario. We have been established for over 35 years under 3 different names. We started in 1980 in the basement of the family home as "Richard's Bicycle Repair". We eventually decided to expand and we opened our first bicycle shop called "The Bikeway" in Paris in 1991. As I entered, the salesperson was occupied with a conversation. I waited patiently for him to finish, at which point he proceeded to walk away. I was astonished, and he subsequently turned around to ask if I needed help after walking away. I responded by declining his offer and returning the item to the shelf before exiting.
To keep it short- These guys deserve a 6 start rating of their own. In full- absolutely unbelievable service from the guys at this shop. They are not bike salesman, they are simply members of the biking community that are willingly there to make your biking experience the best it can be. Absolutely five stars! This bike shop is incredible. The staff here are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made me feel so well treated. They clearly know their stuff, especially with my Envo Lynx bike – everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!
