Very professional and straight forward and informative
Jennifer cole said she would charge me 250 an hour for a simple probate case. Then she insisted on including the mo statute that allows attorneys to bill based on a percentage of the estate. She said it was to protect her incase something unexpected happened. Well if something unexpected happened, I would pay her at the same rate we agreed on. She never mentioned this extra stipulation she put in the agreement and said she can't afford to work for 250 an hour. I didn't pick the rate, she did. She wouldn't change the agreemen... read more
