The personnel all the way from the front desk to the hygienists, the technicians, the doctors and finally to the checkout folks are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service and they even provide a beautiful view of the outside while your being takin care of. Also, the office is beautifully designed and decorated.
My experience with BDC has been wonderful from day one. Each staff member has made me feel very welcome and has been able to answer all of my questions. I recently had veneers and I could not be more pleased with them. Dr. Tallon is meticulous and wants his work to be great and I appreciate that so much! Going to the dentist isn't scary at all at BDC!
I wasn't able to attend my children's appointment today with them. Called to let the team know that my mother, their Grandmother was bringing them. Also so nice and said they would note it in the system and keep my informed. Called after their appointments the team let me know what they did and our next steps to take. Always so very helpful and just love the Branson dental team.
