Serious Oversight at Closing: Termite Report & Appraisal Contradiction Ignored I closed on 2514 Florida Ave, Savannah, GA in November 2022 with Joel Gerber as closing attorney. My file included an official Georgia Wood Infestation Report dated 11/02/2022 that documented active subterranean termites.
