(Edit on review at bottom) If I could give him a negative score I would. I had a case assigned to him through "Off The Record". Not only was the communication absolutely horrible. From ignoring my calls to the point I had to contact or call from my wife phone to pick up. He did nothing he said. Paid $1200 for at least to have him push my case back 6 months to give me time to situate somethings. Sucks at communication. Never answers the phone. Doesn’t show up for court.
Mr. Brannen was appointed by the court to represent me. I was very disappointed with him. Having had no need of an attorney in my 64 years, I had no experience with lawyers or the court system. My case was continued over and over again. He did not return my calls and I never knew what was going on. I did not want to or need to take up an inordinate amount of his time. I am sure that court appointed cases do not pay as much as defendant paid cases, but if he takes them, then he should allow honest representation. Not HONEST!!... read more
