Been my Bank for thirty six years
I love my bank but I wasn't too impressed with service I received 😕 and I never want to experience it again. I can't let a negative apple turn the fruit bowl into bad vibes. I worked in banking for the President of the bank thru college and also I worked in Bloomingdale's. When I graduated college, I worked at Chase Manhattan Bank in NY for the offices. I would run away from this bank. I got a construction loan and was told it would not be more than $10,000 in closing costs. On the day of the closing, the bank in introduced paperwork that showed closing cost at 14,000 and that was with a 7.5% interest rate. I had a 830 credit score and I still was given this type of loan, it came highly recommended from the builder Custom Dream homes. Horrible experience.. Went through the drive-thru because lobby was closed. Try to cash a legitimate check issued in my name. Provided state ID with no issues. Was then notified that I would not be able to cash a check unless I provided my telephone number and my social security number . Why would anyone give them the tools to commit fraud in your name just to cash a check.
