Before I even moved to Florida I researched local banks , specifically customer satisfaction ratings. Brannen got the highest ratings I could find. As soon as I arrived I opened an account and have never looked back, because no matter which branch I have visited the customer service is unfailingly friendly, helpful and reliable. They take care of their customers!
Rude inconsiderate people . I do not recommend this bank
I went to buy a Christmas gift on-line for my daughter using my debit card. The website would not process my order and did not recognize my card. A few minutes later I got a text message from Brannen asking me to verify it was me making the purchase. Security is one thing, but not allowing me to make a purchase until Brannen approves it is crossing the line. Update - I read Brannens policy and it states they reserve the right to deny any purchase and deactivate your debit card at any time citing potential fraud. So when you ... read more
