General happy with banking with Brannen but was told that if you have an account with them they would notarize documents for you at no cost. I went in to the Dunnellon branch, they opened my account, then had to “discuss” the documents. After waiting 15 minutes while the employees “discussed”, they decided they wouldn’t notarize them. So old fashioned without Zelle!
Took 3 weeks to access MY money after deposit while they were doing what with it?? Daily limits on withdrawals was ridiculous. Brannen says daily limits are because of fraud. Hogwash. Embarrassing after paying bills and running to store to purchase something, only to be told exceeded daily limit. Each time I withdraw, im asked what im using the money for. I didnt know the bank needs to know what im spending MY money on. Asked for a majority of my money in cash and they gave me greif. Not a good fit for me.
