Staff goes above and beyond
General happy with banking with Brannen but was told that if you have an account with them they would notarize documents for you at no cost. I went in to the Dunnellon branch, they opened my account, then had to “discuss” the documents. After waiting 15 minutes while the employees “discussed”, they decided they wouldn’t notarize them. I guess their lack of education on basic legal documents means they will only notarize the forms they feel like notarizing so I wasted not only my time, but now I have to go elsewhere and pay t... read more
