I was immediately impressed when I was able to speak with a live, local person right away when I called to set up an appointment. My experience opening an account at Brannen's Bank was excellent. Ryan Nigro, the VP Branch Manager in Hernando, was friendly, quick, and efficient. The entire team made me feel welcome, and the service had that rare, old-fashioned hometown touch. It’s not often you find such personal, attentive service these days. I highly recommend Brannen's Bank for their outstanding customer care!
I just wanted to say thank you. I just spoke with Erica from the Hernando Branch, and wanted to take the time to recognize her, because it seems it is a rarity any more to speak with someone who is both courteous and competent . Keep doing a great job Erica, and Brannen Bank!
Never seen a drive thru ATM more disgusting. Does anyone clean.
