I've been going to this spa for years and I loved it. I was very disappointed and rudely disrespected by Tim. I booked my appointment months in advance as a treat for my birthday. Today, I received a reminder about my appointment that was scheduled by Tim, he scheduled me on the wrong month. When I pointed out to him it was wrongly scheduled he rudely ask me to cancel because they are already book and this place is a spa not a fast food place" Not even an apology!
