Bus parked next to my residence for well over 20 minutes.Loud diseal noise could not sleep .Ask bus driver if he could move vehicle. Nasty and very rude. Called supervisor who was very nice and stated he would take care of matter. Driver did comply to my complaint but his rudeness was not appreciated.Hope in the future I don't have trouble with driver of bus #24.
I gave it 5 stars because this was a Purina pet food warehouse back in the day. A big part of Delaware history.
The team at Brandywine Transportation is exceptional. Ms. Alena and Mr. Byron, our bus driver (34), provided outstanding service to our family on 3/19/26. We are deeply grateful for their efforts. We extend our best wishes to them.
Buses are ALWAYS late due to the district sharing buses for all their schools. They change the buses at the last minute and have the kids out there looking confused because they are not sure what bus to take.
