I have been very impressed with the care here. Very caring staff who really treat the residents like family! I am a retired HCA so I can tell you not all places reach this standard of care!
A low rating completely due to the consistent poor administration and lack of or negligent delay in follow up. Nursing care was OUTSTANDING, and certainly a priority for the unit staff. Kudos to them. Front support/ administration demonstrates lack of accountability. Lots of lip service stated, follow through requires residents advocate to repeatedly “remind” them of requests made. Billing is a nightmare and comes with a playbook of excuses and slow resolution. They just added to my work load, stress, my heartache.
I went to visit a family friend and was a little bit worried that the front door was propped open.. was told it was broken. There was noone at the front desk to make sure that no one was coming in who wasn't there to visit.. 😔 Scary for security purposes..
Great place to work. Friendly staff, who are client focused.
