I am giving Michael Brandt a 10 instead of a 5. The first day I talked with him, I felt very relax and enjoyed his knowledge and expertise in his line of business. He assured me he would do his best for me and told me we would would win. That is what happened 15 months later. These people we worked with were not easy. Lorna Francis
I wasn't happy at all with Michael Brandt services. Very similar experience to other 1 star reviewers that i just read. Mr Brandt had to be reintroduced to the easements I hired Him to create several times. It was like starting over every time nearly I spoke with Him. I was frustrated and actually wrote them out for Him and drew pictures and took pictures and had him come out to try and help him get mentally unlost.
