I bought furniture from him. Instead of giving me a new set, he gave me the one on the floor. When I asked him about it he apologized and said for the inconvenience that he would give me a free cleaning anytime, when the time came for the cleaning he stated he don’t do any cleaning. I would never purchase anything else from this store.
Awful. I'll never shop there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Purchased a couch (Feb 17) , was promised same day delivery. What I got instead was a used couch full of ant as a "loaner" couch because it turns out the one that I was assured was in the warehouse was in fact not there. The loaner couch was a used, tattered, dirty couch that smelled. I was promised the couch I actually ordered would be delivered a few days later.
