Terrible customer service! I drove by this place today and thought it would be a great surprise to take my girlfriend’s son for a ride since it is his birthday. We called and they had just closed. The lady on the phone had an attitude of 12 out of 10, but told me she’d wait for me, so I was okay with it. We turned around, got there and the place was closed. What a wonderful experience! It’s a family affair and a locally owned business. They welcome you with open arms. The rental process was easy, the Slingshot looked new, well taken care of, and ran very well. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely rent from them again.Thanks Brandon Slingshot!
