Horrible service came in to the emergency room at 11 still havent been seen. Had an IV in my arm for 3 hours had to ask to get it taken out because I been waiting so long to been seen it as starting to hurt. Nurse just dropped me of in room and kept going don't even know her name. Never asked do i need anything. Had to go outside my room to ask for help at the emergency still didnt get any and I'm still waiting to be seen going on 6 hours later...
Current wait time : 7hours! Hello is anyone there? Still in ER! Ridiculous !
Worst hospital they don't care about anyone with several medical conditions word of advice drive somewhere else
Pack a lunch, bring books, games, etc. You will be here for a long time! Wait times today 5 hours+.
HIPAA must not mean much to them. I was put on a bed in the hallway and when I was talked to about my problem the Dr started to raise his voice while talking about my medical issues. As well as TWO of my IVs put in wrong in each of my arms.
I had a nurse in the ER that obviously put an IV in wrong on the top of my hand and now here I am almost 2 weeks later barely being able to squeeze my hand shut or lean on it without sharp pains going all the way up my arm. I even lose complete feeling in the entire hand. Not happy about this at all!!
The Pediatric unit staff in the hospital treated my grandson excellent. The doctors and nurses were fantastic .
THE WORST PATIENT CARE EVER!!! My father was in Brandon hospital for 4 nights and that was the most worst experience of hospital care ever! When I went to visit my father on the third day he smelled awful! My father was feeling dizzy, he could barely stand up, the nurse nor the assistant nurse had helped him take a shower or a sponge bath, NOTHING!!! If you want to be miss treated, talked down to, wait a crazy amount of time for somebody just to talk to you please go to Brandon Hospital. If you don't love your love ones and/or yourself then go to Brandon hospital. Worst hospital in Tampa bay worst hospital in the state of Florida. It's a butcher shop.
