This hospital is really going down hill they have no respect for anyone in the er n act like they actually are trying to help when really they are just collecting a paycheck
Absolutely terrible, been in the new $60 million ER they are so proud of over five hours and still have not even seen a doctor, they did manage to take the insurance info in order to get paid though.
We are sitting in the emergency room, my husband has pancreatitis and is in excruciating pain and vomiting. The sign on Hwy 60 shows a 13 minute wait and here we are 3 hours later and he has not been seen. There are 11 people ahead of him and per the young lady at the desk a hallway full of patients waiting for a room since last night. It's 5pm, unreal!
If I could give a zero I would. My boyfriend went in to the ER because he was having really bad stomach pain and the doctor told him " it could be a number of things.. And to follow up with his doctor and a gastroenterologist." He also said he would give him pain meds to where it would be a 0 instead of a 10 before we left the hospital.. Said he would do it through IV. Well he didn't. Ended up just writing him a prescription . Thanks for all the help Brandon.. Not. Completely useless.

My mom was admitted here on April 23rd and has been treated with the most graceful care. At first the ER experience was horrible we had a 3 hour wait but I will forget all about that because the nurses and doctors have answered all our question and have took very good care of her. She had surgery monday and everyone on her care team has went beyond their way to make sure she is treated well. Thank you guys in tower B on the 3rd floor you all have been awesome

I went to Brandon Hospital ER with severe chest pain. I went to the counter and told them I had been in pain for the last 8 hrs & it was intensifying. They put me in a wheelchair before I could finish telling them my name & wheeled me in the back. I was seen by a nurse whom I begged to help me & he put my IV in & left the room. He was back in about 10 minutes & administered morphine. The pain went down fome a 10 to a 4.
