Stay away from this place at all costs. Woman who runs this place is extremely rude. Mate of mine and I attended for him to have his eyes tested and enquire about glasses. Before we even had a chance to sit down for no reason the woman was asking us to leave. I ended up asking her what my mate had done wrong having listened to the way she interacted with him and she could not provide any explanation, just act unhinged. Uncaring and just money making. Charged my 84 year old mother a $50 out of pocket fee when they have a board outside store saying they bulk bill. Made her buy $35 eye drops when she didn't need them. Ringing her pushing her to make eye appointments and insisting she update her glasses when she can see properly. Only interested in the money not the customer. I have asked them to remove my mother from their records. Shameful behaviour.
They scammed us calling saying that we don’t have to pay and that Medicare would handle it. They made us pay $60 pp to cancel and even then forced us to come. They charged us full price and claimed that “we never said it would be fee.” They prey on the elderly and immigrants as they think that they can not do anything. We came in once and they’re forcing us to come. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. They shouldn’t be allowed to still be open.
Paid $400 for a pair of glasses that don't improve my vision and was refused a refund as there is only a 1 month refund policy on lenses.... apparently, however was told at 2 weeks to give them time as my eyes need to adjust. Customer satisfaction is not a priority and you may not get what you require from this business. BUYER BEWARE stay away and find / look for better options.
