Brandon was so awesome to work with!! He helped us get a great rate on our mortgage, and even helped us get a grant to help pay for our house! He also watched out for our personal concerns and questions as well. He was always willing to help and explain how something worked or what things meant in the documents. Brandon made this an amazing experience.

Brandon and his team were great to work with. We started off not knowing if we could do what we were trying to do. Brandon helped us to understand what our payment works be with an estimated purchase price along with understanding what we would get out of the sell of our existing home. When we went under contract he was able to get the loan done quickly even during the Christmas season as we closed on January 2nd.
