I decided to buy a forclosure home and worked with Brandon with Intercap Lending to make it happen. The portal to upload documents was super easy and Brandon was an amazing support and clear communicator throughout the process. I am grateful all went smoothly and closed a couple of weeks ago. I feel Intercap was able to accept things about the house that other lenders may not have excepted. This house is a total gut job and they had faith that it was acceptable to loan on.
