Horrible service towards client. Spoke down to me, the client. If you look at his other reviews, it would seem he’s in lot more of a hurry to defend his reputation than to get any reconciliation for the client, whether that be medical, counseling or simply giving you a honest explanation of your case. I know he will type some type of lavish explanation deferring this to not being his fault, but as the client “ he did belittle me on the phone”.
