Unethical. I told them I had a hand injury and more than a month after the deadline I kept going to the appointments they sent me to and they closed my case without reminding me of the deadline. They went more than 30 days no contact and more than a month after they just closed my case leaving me with all the financial responsibilities during a time that my child is sick. They are Greedy and don't really care about their clients. Because if I told them I needed help all they did was play in my face and with my time.
Don't expect return calls or any kind of decent communication from them.
