I brought in my mower for the carburetor leaking. Four weeks later I got it back and was charged $138. I got it home and it would not run. The following weekend, I brought it back up and left it for another week. He was very nice about it. It did run in the shop with the Air filter off. Dan is an expert at bike repair. His time estimate for the job is fairly good too. Job is done right the first time.
I have about a $500 hybrid bike I hadn't used in several years, one of the break cords was cut somehow, and some spokes were broken. I took it to a few bike shops to get an estimate on the repairs and tune-up costs and the prices ranged from $150-$230, almost half the price of my bike! I took it to Brandon Bike & Mower world, $75 for full repairs and tune up.
