I knew having Brandon and the CrossCountry Mortgage team as the lender on a deal involving a tight timeline for my sellers would make things as seamless as possible. Brandon and his team communicated on a regular basis and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They moved the loan through all of the various steps smoothly and the closing was perfect!
The communication was excellent, a stressful and scary life event was made simply and easy, answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I will absolutely recommend any one that says they are looking to buy to come here.
Scam company, buys home loans and then doesn't allow people to make payments so they can try to steal the house. I can't even get an actual person to get a mortgage statement to try and transfer the loan elsewhere. Website "can't find my loan", I drove two hours to one of their offices to make a payment and found an empty office and other neighboring offices said they've never seen anybody enter those offices.
