My toddler has been here for over a year and is thriving. The staff in the infant rooms have been fantastic. The assistant director, Ms. Veronica, is on her A game and always available and helping the staff. She helped us get settled in quickly after we had a terrible first day of care at another facility. We were so grateful she was able to give us a tour with no notice. Our 4-month-old daughter has made so many strides under the wonderful care of Ms. Dana, Mr. Warner and the rest of the team at KinderCare. I firmly believe she wouldn't be eating solids and crawling like she does now without their support and love for our daughter. Couldn't recommend them enough. Management is also top flight and will go out of their way to interact with our baby girl when they have time out of their schedule.
To summarize this review, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality childcare. My son started going here in March and I haven’t had ANY issues. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure every single last child is okay and safe. I honestly do not worry when my son goes to this childcare center because I know he is safe and okay and no worries. Such a wonderful and caring place. Our son has made so much progress in the time since he started with Brandermill Kinder Care. We cannot thank them enough for the work they put in and the care they give. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a safe, happy, and enriching environment for their young one.
