Excellent service. Called with a problem, and they walked me through it over the phone (TV problem) . Excellent service. They know what they are doing! A+
Im sorry to be like this but I've had b-burg net for years. The whole time it has been lag and cut offs. Now they talk about this new fiber stuff and I think, wow this will be so awesome. So I get my hopes up. Well after a 6 hour headache they finally get it hooked up......... My internet is now running 25 mbs(which is what it was to begin with) and I'm paying for 1 gig LMAO. What's sad is I'm not even upset about it, I'm used to this kinda of stuff from them. There's a whole story but I'm not about to write a story about it... read more
