Very nice shopping experience. Jan was very friendly & informative. Good selection of boots at various price points (prices seem little bit marked up but worth it as the environment is very welcoming to try before you buy). Also a good way to find a pair that has been discontinued (and discounted) — like it was meant just for you. We wound up buying a pair of Lucchese’s, Ferrini’s and Ariat’s. Best western store in TN. Amazing selection of boots and staff is great.
This place has great customer service. Nocona is doing everything he can to make sure my boots get repaired/replaced.
Prices feel a tad high but if you want some good quality boot and shoes right now this is the place to go!
