Very large selection of hats and boots. However, customer service is terrible, the staff was rude and very obnoxious, basically insulted my daughter because she was being selective in buying boots. If you are gonna pay upwards of $300 for something, shouldn't you get what appeals to you ? And then to tell a blue collar man who wears boots like they're life, he's not into them unless he owns gator boots or elephants skin boots ! Some of us wear boots because we live in them. This shop made my whole vacation. You have the best collection of boots and hats and for a decent price. The staff was super friendly and I was so happy to ask for help.

Spent nearly $300 on a nice Stetson today, wife looks online and found out Stetson sells that EXACT hat themselves for $170. No refunds is some serious BS. Will not be coming back.

Visited for a long weekend and did not intend to get boots and a hat. But when I saw the selection and brands that were on display I was open to it. The bobby being so knowledgeable about companys and leathers used as well as properly sizing the boots and hat to me. Bobby I hope you read this I will be returning again because of you and the staff. 5 stars through and through if your going to spend your hard earned money you should support small and ask for bobby!
