The owner (a lady) is super friendly and helpful—made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We went to the store first to pick out the materials, and the owner gave us a quote right there. Then she scheduled a home visit to take measurements. The installation went really well— the installer was very professional and patient. There was a small issue with some metal in the wall that made it tricky to drill in a few spots, but the installer handled it on the spot by cutting the screws to fit.
