This was my first time building a home, third for my husband. It has been the most rewarding, educational and fun experience. Working with the team from Tim O'Brien homes was easy. Whenever we had a question, there was no delay in the response. The attention to detail is outstanding. Many times we would stop over to see the progress as it was being built and had a chance to speak with the tradesmen who were working and they were all polite and efficient and had no problems answering our questions too.
Friendly, no hassles, good quality. They have followed through with fixing up everything after 12 months of being in the home, but it was a very short list!
I purchased a spec home from Tim O'Brien in January of 2014. Only a few selections remained when I started to deal with them. The interior designer was excellent and I ended up using all of her suggestions. The harsh Wisconsin winter caused a few delays with the driveway and rough grading in the spring. We love our Tim O'Brien Home!
The building process start to finish exceeded our expectations.Working with Jackie and Joe was very enjoyable. We have not received the best communication from the customer care department now that we have moved in. If only their communication and response time could be as good as we experienced while we were building. Hopefully we will hear from them soon.
Very disappointed. Went to a model home today after following signs to it and no one was there! The sign out front said it was open until 5 but at 3:45 the house was all locked up....
