I could not have asked for better service throughout the entire purchase, selection and building process, as well as the post-move-in follow up. Sheila Herbst was wonderful to work with early on and Dan Shudy was excellent to work with after I moved in. I am very happy with my home.

Made many modifications to an existing plan. Amy, spent countless hours working with me. Don, the president, took over as construction manager. The 2 most wonderful people, I know. We are beyond pleased with our experience with TOB. We purchased our home early enough in the process that we could pick some of the interior finishes – working with Carey at the design studio was a fun experience. We worked with Bryan to purchase the home and he was available every step of the way to answer questions. Jamie was fantastic to work with – he knew answers to questions before we’d even ask them. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend TOB homes.
Building with Tim O'Brien Homes was a very easy and a simple process. From the time they did their site inspection, the entire team at TOH and the many skilled trades made this house into our dream home. During the construction all the questions we had were answered in a professional manner. Tim O'Brien's Team has lived up to their reputation of building quality homes and stand alone service.
