From our new homes consultant, Sheila Herbst, to our personal onsite project manager, Eric Evans, and our design coordinator, Jennifer Hawley, the entire team and experience with TOB was great. They addressed our concerns and questions with ease and timely responses. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a semi-custom home builder. Their attention to energy efficiency is what our deciding factor was to choose them to build our new home.
Quantity over quality. Floors squeaking. Washing machine drain located on exterior wall so every winter the drain freezes and we can't do laundry without worrying the pipe is froze. Poor insulation between walls. Exterior vents for bathroom fans are flimsy and warped/cracked.
Three years later and we are still in love with our home. The quality of our house is outstanding and the only time we have had a small issue (a crazy storm blew off roof shingles) they have been responsive and helpful - even when it was not required of them to do so. They stand by their excellent product and provide attentive customer service at every opportunity.. Dan is the best and we have really enjoyed working with him. We would recommend a Tim O'Brien home to anyone.
We just finished our 60 day warranty review of our house and the handful of minor fixes/adjustments we needed are complete. It was great working with Eric Evans who made sure that all of the work was done timely and to the quality that he would want for his own home. Our experience with TOB has been fantastic so far!
