They switched CPAs on us and asked if we would like an introductory call. We agreed with no discussion of cost and then had a 1 hour phone call with nothing substantial discussed. We received a bill for $2000 for the phone call. $2000.
We temped out an Accountant through them and they sent us a 4-time convicted felon to do our taxes & book keeping and she embezzled us. they don't Vet or background check their employees to protect their customers.
Always helpful and knowledgeable. Answers my questions in a way that I can understand, I am not technical at all, so that is a big part of my 5-star rating. Helping me understand, without making me feel less intelligent.
I've owned my own company for 21 years, and Anders is hands down the best firm I've ever worked with for my company's accounting and tax work, along with some consulting as far strategy. The team always provides great recommends and demonstrates that they are really thinking about what's best for me and the company, not just trying to find ways to charge more.
