I cannot give Settlement Health 1 star only because my doctor has been good to me and my family for years(5 stars to him).Also, I have been a patient for so long as well. I honestly wish I can give this place 0 stars. I been coming here since a child and even from when I was younger I had a rude doctor named Bertha. Today I am an adult and I have doctor Gonzalez and while he’s a nice person he’s extremely unprofessional I had submitted a form on September 24th that I need for a paid internship and he said it would take 7-10 days, 14 maximum and it has been way more. After coming here for over 20 years, NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m officially looking for a new clinic and a fresh start. Here’s why: I arrived today 10/9, at 1 pm as a walk in and told them I needed to see a doctor. They told me to come back at 2 pm because everyone was out to lunch. I sat and waited and at 2:30 a nurse called me to the back. I explained my symptoms and the guy called another nurse in. I just started my prenatal care here. So far I’ve only done my assessment with the clinic and I’m getting very frustrated with this clinic already. My first appointment was the assessment (which was to report the last time I had my past period and to discuss the pregnancy). They have now scheduled me for my second appointment which was a month out from my first appointment. I had a bad experience with my asthma. I went in. The doctor didn’t even see me I was coughing. She came and listened to me and told me that there was nothing wrong. I waited for hour and a half the doctor never came to see me. I just walking out went somewhere else and found out.
