great atmosphere, haven't been there in awhile but the guy Mo that works there is a fun guy always there with a smile and busting your chops if your not working hard enough.
haven't been to kick boxing in two years Spencer was great so were the other people that were there very comforting surroundings
close to home. always have plenty of machines available. clean.
Best gym!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful in showing how to use the machines. Friendly smiles and greetings every time I walk in!!! Love it here!!!
