I needed a psych evaluation for a school overseas that I had been planning for two years. Spoiler alert: the “help” I received was anything but. The lady who evaluated me didn’t bother to communicate that she wasn’t approving me. Was put on an almost 2 year waiting list after I came in saying I was going through a crisis seriously terrible experience and people if I could I’d give them a negative 10000 stars
I've been going to Valeo for about three years now and have had mostly bad experiences. From uncaring nurse practiononers stripping me of much needed meds, to therapists who where highly unprofessional. Another example of their incompetence is that I've signed to get my records turned over to another clinic and they have been unnecessarily difficult with this process, the clinic has sent requests to their exact records department TWICE and they keep telling me they haven't received these requests.Its been weeks. I'm so upset. The receptionist kept cutting me off and trying to rush me. She then reprimanded me for not being able to make an appointment until now. When I tried to explain she cut me off and kept saying she was just a receptionist and I didn't need to explain. Then she kept treating me like garbage and refusing to let me explain myself. I called the manager and she was very helpful. I think they need to find better receptionists. I am physically disabled and have a lot of mental health issues.
